Based in the western suburbs of Philadelphia, PA, fitness blogger and lifelong traveler Adriana Falco brings a world of experience traveling the globe along with her vast knowledge in staying fit and healthy. Adriana began traveling at age five, when she was deemed old enough to join her parents and older brothers on global getaways. She has since visited more than 50 countries on five continents and is determined to visit the remaining two. Her favorite countries are Italy, Scotland, Czech Republic, New Zealand, and Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. A few of her most fun excursions include exploring the Schellenberg Ice Cave in the Berchtesgaden Alps of Upper Bavaria, Germany; riding Arabian camels in the Marqab desert near Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, and skiing snow covered mountains in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region of southeastern France.

An athlete by nature and competitive at heart, Adriana has been involved in sports and athletics from an early age and has played almost every sport imaginable. She started playing sports in the neighborhood with her two brothers and friends such as flag football, wiffle ball, and badminton while climbing trees, cycling from dawn to dusk, and swimming whenever the days were warm enough to permit. Later, she excelled in formalized team sports in school—from field hockey and lacrosse to basketball and softball—as well as individual sports such as skiing, tennis, golf, and riding horses. Adriana played center in lacrosse for Villanova University for four consecutive years; has raced in marathons, ultramarathons, and triathlons; and has competed in ping pong, racquetball, and pickleball tournaments. She additionally enjoys hiking, kayaking, snowshoeing, and any other athletic activity that comes her way in addition to traveling the world, which is her biggest passion.
